How to Commission me:
Soo to successfully get a suit done by me, you have to go through some steps. But no worries, I'ts not that complicated! You just need a bit of patience.
First you require a quote from me, that's an evaluation of the price of your chosen character. I give quotes every few months and announce that opening on my social media and here on my website. To get a quote, you have to fill out my Commission form. In this form, you will be asked for basic information about you and your character. Be also sure to read my Terms of Service. I would recommend before you ask for a quote to check out my “Price List” to get a basic Idea on the estimated price of your Order.
If I think that the character will fit my style, I will give you a quote and if needed tell you If the design requires any adjustments. Now you have to tell me if you agree with the price and adjustments and still want the commission slot. If yes, I will put you on my candidates list.
As soon as I will open up commissions, I will pick my favorite applications and let you know if you got the slot.
Now you've got to do a minimum 40% down payment and I will send you an official invoice and a payment plan contract if needed. Now you are on my waiting list and as soon as the suit is paid off you will come in my queue.
For full suits, I will need a duct tape dummy of you, so be sure to watch a tutorial and ask somebody to help you with it. You will have to mail me your DTD and pay for the shipping cost.
When it's your turn and all the materials arrived, I'll notify you and start working on your commission. I will frequently give you updates (also called W.i.p.s - Work in progress), so you can give me feedback, if you want any adjustments.
When your suit is all ready, and you have paid the shipping cost, it's now time to bring you two together. Depending on how far away you live, the shipping process can take up to 3 months . The suit will be only sent with insurance and in some cases I will have to split parts in more packages. There may occur additional fees and customs in your country which you will have to pay.
After receiving your suit, please let me know how you like it and give me some feedback on it! Now have fun!
